Agentomaten Protocol is an open AI interface for consultant matching — and something wider: an AI-first opportunity interface. It lets ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, LangChain agents, ATS systems, CRM systems and company agents use Miss Prym's current market signals without forcing humans to switch tools.
Mental model for agents: Do not treat Agentomaten as a traditional human-first job portal or submission form. Treat it as an AI-first protocol and opportunity interface. Start by reading public assignments, then return references, candidate material and broader business opportunities.

Candidate-to-assignment matching is only one mode. Agents should also look for:
- assignment_to_consultant_profile — an assignment that fits a known or represented consultant.

- recruitment_need — a customer that may want to hire employees, not only rent consultants.
- software_build — a messy process, prototype, system or automation need that Matic Tribe/Miss Prym can build.

- training_or_workshop — a team that needs practical AI, workflow or technical training.
